  1. Website information retrieval

In the context of normal surfing on our website, the following data is collected and used in your interest for the delivery of web pages:

  • Date and time (This allows us to make a time allocation and use this to locate technical problems, for example.
  • IP address (The collection of the IP address is necessary so that the web server can send you the desired data.)
  • The requested data (Which file do you request? In which subdirectory is it?)
  • The port via which you request the data (this information is automatically sent by your browser). You will receive the desired website via this port.)
  • The referring web page (Some browsers also send the URL of the previously used web page each time you call it up).
  • Name of the browser with which you surf the Internet (this information is automatically sent by your browser). We may use this information to improve the visual appearance of the content. Your browser may also send other information, e.g. about installed programs).
  • The status of the request (Here we can see whether the desired website exists and could be successfully delivered to you.)
  • Miscellaneous: For the sake of completeness it should be mentioned that your browser may send additional data to our web server (name of the browser, screen resolution, etc.). Naturally, we have no influence on this.

The data described above is only stored for fractions of a second in the main memory of the web server. This process is technically absolutely necessary in order to make a website available, which is why we have a “legitimate interest” for this in the sense of Article 6 (1f) GDPR

The web server is located with a European operator.

Due to the nature of the Internet, this data is inevitably processed on a large number of servers until your request arrives on our web server; it can therefore also be collected and used in “third countries” (e.g. the USA). Our company has no influence whatsoever on this process.

  1. Providing the online service and web hosting

In order to provide our online services securely and efficiently, we use the services of one or more web hosting providers from whose servers (or servers they manage) the online services can be accessed. For these purposes, we may use infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, as well as security and technical maintenance services.

The data processed within the framework of the provision of the hosting service may include all information relating to the users of our online service that is collected within the scope of use and communication. This regularly includes the IP address, which is necessary in order to be able to deliver the contents of online offers to browsers, and all entries made within our online offer or from websites.

  1. Getting in contact

When contacting us (e.g. via contact form, e-mail, telephone or via social media), the data of the inquiring persons are processed insofar as this is necessary to answer the contact enquiries and any requested measures.

Contact enquiries within the framework of contractual or pre-contractual relationships are answered in order to fullfill our contractual obligations or to answer (pre)contractual enquiries and otherwise on the basis of legitimate interests in answering the enquiries.

  • Processed data types: basic data (e.g. names, addresses), contact data (e.g. e-mail, telephone numbers), content data (e.g. text input, photographs, videos).
  • Data subjects: Communication partner.
  • Purposes of processing: contact requests and communication.
  • Legal basis: Performance of contract and pre-contractual enquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b. GDPR), legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f. GDPR).

  1. SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content.

If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

  1. Integration of Google Maps

We offer you a convenient way to plan your journey to our company. For this we integrate an “iFrame” from Google Maps. As soon as you call up this page, your IP address is sent to Google. This is a US company, so data is sent outside Europe (Google participates in the EU-US PrivacyShield). If you enter your own data on this map (e.g. your place of residence), this data will also be transmitted. 1. Integration of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these web pages, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to and truncated by Google on servers in the United States. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

The purposes of data processing are to evaluate the use of the website and to compile reports on activities on the website. On the basis of the use of the website and the Internet, further associated services are then to be provided.

  1. Integration of Google Ads Conversion Tracking / Google AdWords

Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google Adwords places a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google.

If the user visits certain pages on our site and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords customer websites. The information collected from the Conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for Conversion Tracking. Customers will know the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive information that personally identifies users.

  1. Google Tag Manager

This website uses the Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through a single interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not collect any personally identifiable information. The tool triggers other tags that may themselves collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it will persist for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
