Dr. Ing. Rüdiger Kubitzek is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Management Board. A physicist and engineer, he joined the original founding team of ETA-Optik GmbH in 1991. His expertise spans corporate strategy, international business development, optical technologies, holography, innovation management and high-precision industrial metrology.

Mrs. Christina Hamacher has served as Interim CFO and Head of Finance for six years, providing continuity in the Company’s financial management while it strengthens its finance function.
