Dr. Rüdiger Kubitzek
Chief Executive Officer and sole member of the Management Board
Dr. Ing. Rüdiger Kubitzek is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Management Board. A physicist and engineer, he joined the original founding team of ETA-Optik GmbH in 1991. His expertise spans corporate strategy, international business development, optical technologies, holography, innovation management and high-precision industrial metrology.
Mr. Yee Fat Wu
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Yee Fat Wu is Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He has experience in investment, corporate management, international sales and commercial development. He has held senior roles at NXT Far East Limited and Eminent Global Group Limited, with particular expertise in Asian markets and industrial technology businesses.
Dr. Hans Peter Döhmen
Member of the Supervisory Board
Dr. Hans Peter Döhmen is a management consultant and owner of hpd CONSULTING. He has extensive experience in restructuring, corporate finance, strategic realignment and performance improvement. He has held senior management, advisory and supervisory board roles across industrial and environmental services companies and serves on the Company’s Supervisory Board.
Ms. Hiu Shan Chan
Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board
Ms. Hiu Shan Chan is Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board and Managing Director, Investment Banking, at VBG Capital Limited. A qualified Hong Kong CPA, she has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, corporate finance, IPO sponsorship, compliance, placing, underwriting and investment banking.
